Company Overview: Integra Global Solutions: Process – Contract Bidding process and Management – US client will provide the basic information about the tender and related documents
The process is to analyze the given tender related information and update that information in IRIS tool which will provide a detailed analysis for the client and its customer to participate in bidding and submitting the quotations
Once the quotations have been submitted will receive those documents in PDF as internal feeds and those will be screened internally, and then final analysis report will be shared to the customer
Once the bidding has been finalized the tender documents related information will be loaded in the application
The final document PDF will be getting generated and loaded to the corresponding tracking id
Coordinated and supervised a team in the data reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all reports to stakeholders
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored reports to meet business needs
Conducted regular quality checks on data to ensure integrity and compliance with internal reporting standards
Trained and mentored junior team members on data reporting procedures, improving overall team efficiency and quality of work
Delivered presentations and reports to client, summarizing key findings and recommendations for process improvements
