· Duties and Responsibilities
· Motivating team to achieve target, as per company’s strategy implementation.
· Mentorship responsible to the team for the team to their field work operational level also guiding the team to achieve their targets also improve customer relationship as well.
· Analyzing on field performance of team and discussing their daily in-clinic-activity improvement.
· Creating new customers for business development.
· Reviewing the sales development based on the sales development activities.
· Assigning tasks to team members based on their skills.

· Sending the sales & activity data of team to hierarchy through mails on weekly basis
