- Generating Direct / Cross sales from Corporate In & around Pune
- Coordination with the team members, Supporting collogues in Preparing RFQ and obtaining quotes from the various insurers, Policy Drafting, compared them and send the Quote comparison to Prospective / Existing client (Renewal & Cross sell) at the earliest as per client requirement and best suited.
- Supporting for Policy issuance and further compliance as per norms prescribed by Management time to time.
- Checking and preparing Policy Copies with appropriate Clauses whether it is as per RFQ / Client Requirement
- Conducting Insurance Awareness Programs for Employees / Corporate clients for various Policies like Health, and Personal Accident & Other Insurance Policies
- Preparing Information material about Coverage’s of Policy like PPT’s, Brochures..
- Conducting physical inspection of loss situation for Motor, Marine Cargo, Fire, Miscellaneous Claims (as and when required) along with deputed Surveyor
- Further assisting for claim Procedures with settlement, coordinating to resolve disputes in claims with insurer’s and insured
- Co-ordinate to carry out risk inspection for Property policies to help insurer’s underwriting team and helping Insured to detect probable hazards and suggesting measures to avoid same
- Meeting Client on Regular basis for Servicing, Cross selling and other related task
- Working as Process Manager, Main task to review proposals & opt the competitive quotes preferably for non-EB policies including the renewals.
- Maintaining & support for the booking process on monthly basis
- Serve client for various requirements of policies throughout Policy period.
- Declarations, Endorsements, Installments… Meeting Large Clients as placement support for better understanding risk for winning account.
- Internal coordination for team members for smooth servicing practice
- Local Spoke Person for Non-EB Claims
- Coordinating with Central team (Mumbai)
- Specific tasks given by senior time to time.
