• Company Chatbot – GINI (Internal AI Assistant):
  Designed, developed, and continuously improved GINI, the company’s internal AI chatbot, leveraging Python, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Weaviate, and Elasticsearch.
  Integrated business-critical data including inventory, employee records, and BPA-specific information to support intelligent, real-time querying across departments.
  Enabled HR and internal teams to retrieve employee-related data efficiently, reducing manual intervention and turnaround time.
• Customer-Facing Website Chatbot:
  Built a conversational AI chatbot to assist external users with website navigation, FAQs, and product/service inquiries.
  Integrated the bot with dynamic website content and CST documentation, enhancing customer experience and reducing first-response time for support tickets.
  Contributed to a 30%+ reduction in support team workload by automating common queries.
• HR Chatbot (Employee Self-Service):
  Developed an AI-powered HR assistant accessible via the employee portal for streamlined access to HR policies, leave balance, payroll queries, and onboarding information.
  Automated repetitive queries and improved response consistency, enhancing the overall employee experience.
  Contributed to the digital transformation of internal HR processes by aligning chatbot capabilities with business rules and employee data systems.
