· Objective – Technology based personal connect with HP Farmers, to design differential campaigns.

· Methodology - One to One Connect with Key farmers in HP Villages, Profiling basis upon Uses/ Acreages. Tracked through tools e.g. Power BI Dashboard

· Outcome - Covered More than 15 K farmers, captured 80% market size with this activity & gained 20% market share
