• Schema Sync is a feature that is part of Tools in SCDP(Solix Common Data Platform) product.
• The Ultimate aim of SCDP is to move large amounts of data from source database to the target database.
• In Schema Sync the metadata of a table in source is compared with its earlier versions of metadata that is stored in Solix repository called Knowledge Base, after comparison the identified structural changes are notified to the user and alter table scripts are generated for the sync in the target database.
• The user can verify these alter table scripts and run them in target environment either from the tool or manually from their database.
• Schema Sync helps user to prevent loss of data due to continuous modifications in metadata of table in source database while transferring huge data.

• SCDP (Solix Common Data Platform) is a big Data tool which consists of various jobs in moving data from one database to another in customized formats.
• Utilized Scheduler engine in Sprint boot to Schedule jobs based on user requirements by forming the cron expression and job keys.
• These formed job keys are used to kick start the given job using web client calls from one service to the other required microservices at a given time defined in cron expression.
• Included Holiday calendar, pause and resume feature for specific date, calendar dashboard and many other interesting features.
