• Conducting in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards..
• Performing quality control tests on in-process,semi-finished and finished product in shop floor.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the products throughout the production process.
• Ensuring all Manufacturing records are accurately maintained.
• Investigating and resolving quality issue in shop-floor related manufacturing activity.
• Ensuring that all safety and enviromental regulations are adhered in shop floor .
• Verifying finished goods transfer note by terminal inspection report before Transferring the Goods to Distribution.
