- Along with managing regular production activity of we worked closely with R&D Scientists of IIT delhi to develop, test and scale-up processes for gold and silver Refining.In this we took 2 main project one to increase productivity of electrolysis process to 70% and 2nd to reduce down gold PPM in spent solution from 300PPM to 50PPM resulting reduction of losses to 0.05% .
- In 2016 I was associated with the team working on technology transfer process of PGM refining from petrochemical catalysts (Ag Alfa, Gamma, Pd carbon catalyst) both with pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy technique. In this we traveled to 2 western companies JSC Krastsvetmet (Russia) & UAT (china).
- In 2017 we started new product development department where in we setup polit scale plant to produce Silver Nitrate (50 kg/day), Silver Powder of different grade sizing from 5 micron to 20 micron (Cap. 20 kg/day).
