• Reporting: Prepare capacity reports, static reports and health reports of the environment.

• Vendor Strategy: Discussion with Netapp Vendor on pipeline plans and service improvements and fixes on monthly base reports.

• Provisioning:Storage provisioning and designing the aggregates with respect to different applications.

• Upgrade: Successfully upgraded the DATA ONTAP version 8.3 on all cluster mode and 8.2.x on all 7-Mode filers. Perform regular hardware maintenance and upgrades along with Ontap upgrades at customer environments.

• SAN Configuration: Providing FC luns and zone configuration fabric.

· Replacing the failed hardware as and when required by raising a case to the vendor and communicating the same with Data Center Team.
