Company Overview: Shiprocket is India's largest eCommerce enablement platform, providing digital retailers with an end-to-end customer experience platform. With 17+ courier partners on board, the brand enables pan-India, as well as international shipping deliveries. Its shipping solutions are available across 24,000+ pin codes within India and 220 countries worldwide.

• ZOP: A Shopify-based e-commerce website featuring over 200 onboarded brands. Currently, I manage the Order Management System for ZOP and address platform-related issues, as well as requested feature enhancements.
• Omuni: Lead frontend development and maintenance for a React-based web app, Omuni, which now supports over 20 active sellers, and optimized the platform's performance and scalability for growing user demand.
• Chrome extension: I worked on a Chrome extension using Vue.js to automate SAFE-T claims and upload settlement files from Amazon for Logicbricks, which solves the problem of manual intervention by 80% and improves settlement accuracy.
• Fulfillment: Lead the migration of the Fulfillment app from Angular 10 to 14, enhancing code maintainability by 30% through the integration of Prettier and ESLint, resulting in improved code quality and reduced technical debt.
• Seller App: Collaborated in the migration of the Seller App from AngularJS to Angular 12, transforming wireframes into responsive designs, which improved user engagement and reduced load times.
• Web Component (Sidebar): Led the development of a reusable sidebar web component, along with the unit and integration test cases in Angular 12, streamlining UI updates across multiple apps, and reducing development time for new features by 40%.

Joined Jaaga Labs in February 2018; later, by the end of 2019, the company registered as IoTReady. The company believes in creating products that solve problems that are common to all, while undertaking service projects to meet the financial requirements.

• Open Innovation Platform: Developed and maintained the Open Innovation Platform for Social Alpha, an incubator of Tata Trust, using the Frappe framework. Managed both JavaScript and Python requirements, facilitating global collaboration on problem-solving initiatives, and improving user engagement.
• Meghshala: Led development for two major applications for Meghshala NGO, utilizing Ionic and AWS services, enabling over 1,000 school teachers to access educational content, and improving content delivery speed through optimized backend infrastructure.
• Also developed a Content Management System using Google App Script for Meghshala, streamlining metadata management, and ensuring accurate content display in the mobile app, reducing content update time by 50%.
