Project Highlights

IAG stands for International Airlines Group. It is a multinational airline holding company which consists of six airlines: British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, Level, and Air Europa.

BT is responsible for managing data center operations for several major airlines within the International Airlines Group (IAG), including British Airways, Iberia, and Aer Lingus. Their role involves overseeing and maintaining the infrastructure, implementing data security protocols, and managing system upgrades to ensure smooth operations and protect the integrity of critical airline services.

Core Task

• Assisted in providing estimate for network projects.
• Bill of materials.
• Scope of work documents.
• Provide High Level Diagram.
• Evaluated and validated network design structure.
• Identify client advanced network requirements and develop the solutions.
• Provide consulting for network installation and hardware upgrades with the Project Management Team.
• Installed, supported and maintained company hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices.

Project Highlights

• The juniper Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) is a point of contact
• where several groups within Juniper work together to quickly
• answer post-sales technical questions and resolve network-related
• issues on Juniper switches.

Core Task

• Working in the lab to replicate issues found during
• the troubleshooting or reported by customers.
• Submitting the newly found bugs to developers and
• providing the relevant data from the replication.
• Layer 2/3 protocol/packet captures analysis.
• To assist the customer in implementing network
• setup and advise them to follow best practices
• referring to our internal database/knowledge base.
• To provide Root Cause Analysis for logs shared by
• the customer and if any unusual activity with the
• Juniper Device.
• To provide Repair Analysis and Failure Analysis for a
• hardware issue.
• To troubleshoot all configuration/network-related
• issues by creating LAB Replication as per customer
• network and assist them to identify the issue.
