- Creating manual user service requests based on user demands by pulling data from the database.
- I performed RFBs, or health checks, on a regular basis. Addressing the concerns brought up by the users and giving them the pertinent information as required.
- Used the SQL developer tool to connect and work on a different database, so that data could be easily accessed.
- The Autosys tool is used for job scheduling, reporting, and task monitoring.
- Putty setup tool was used to get access to several systems.
- For file transfers from Windows to UNIX or UNIX to Windows, use the WinSCP utility.
- Using the ServiceNow ticketing platform, submit requests, modify tickets based on the incident, and close any open tickets.
