After quitting my teaching profession I have made a plan to provide service to those students who was preparing for competitive exams and they came to the city from Rural areas for their coaching classes and didn't have a place where they can study for long hours with focus and concentration in a peaceful environment. Then we duo(My business partner and I) decided to setup infrastructure for that place in the form of Library.

I have more than 3 years of experience in Teaching,subject that I used to teach Social studies and English.I have learnt a lot at that place and also improved my communication skills,leadership skills and critical thinking also.When you teach the most important skill you should have is your creativity or how creative you are when you are explaining about the topic.It has been a great working experience on this platform.

• Explained features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote insurance sales.
• Built relationships with clients using active listening and issue resolution to provide excellent service.

As a B.D.E. my job role was to meet potential customers and told them about our Bank products(current account & savings account). After that, we had to do a follow-up and convert that lead into our final customer.
