• Developed and implemented an advanced GenAI-based chatbot by using serverless tolls such as AWS lambda, Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon Bedrock Claude based model and using VectorDB.
• Scaled the system to handle millions of monthly interactions with 2-3 second response times, enhancing user engagement while ensuring robust security and compliance.
• Achieved 95% automation of dynamic queries, leading to a 15% reduction in call center interactions and contributing to $200K in annual cost savings.

2. Intelligent Document Processing Application

• Created an AI-driven OCR system for a global client to automate and enhance document analysis processes. Using services such as Amazon Textract, Lambda, Step function and Amazon Bedrock
• Processed over 350,000 documents monthly, including 250,000 Proof of Address and 100,000 bank statements, significantly enhancing operational throughput.
• Improved data extraction accuracy across diverse document types, leading to an 80% reduction in manual validation time (from 200 to 40 hours monthly).

3. IoT enabled PoS machine for FinTech Organization

• Implemented automated device onboarding, device provisioning and data ingestion as part of single suite development with help of AWS IoT core and bespoke logic.
• Introduced better topic management and implemented device segregation using Thing Type and Thing Groups.
• Achieved 1 lakh persistent connections, emphasizing the project's scalability, reduced the overall ARR from $40K to $10K

4. Data Engineering Pipeline for HRMS Organization

• Data Engineering Pipeline Automation with AWS Glue and Redshift
• Managed over 300 Glue-based ETL jobs covering numerous KPIs related to user information and verification
• Implemented solution segregated the OLTP and OLAP storage solution. Successfully OLAP based solution started handling data in near-realtime.
• Coordinated with other departments effectively, integrating technical requirements into broader organizational goals seamlessly.

• Developed IoT solutions by implementing a smart home setup using MQTT, various smart devices, and AWS IoT Core; performed ETL processes with AWS Kinesis and IoT Analytics, and managed data storage using MongoDB.
• Automated deployment and infrastructure tasks using AWS CloudFormation and CodeDeploy; simulated blockchain consensus algorithms using Solidity for proof-of-concept development.
