Note: My career at Multifonds spans its evolution from Finch Software (IGEFI), through acquisition by Temenos in 2018, and its re-establishment under private equity in 2025. I have remained with the same products division throughout, with documents supporting each transition.
Joined the organization in 2006 when it operated as Finch Software, a subsidiary of IGEFI Luxembourg. The brand was rebranded as Multifonds, and subsequently acquired by Temenos in April 2017. In June 2025, the product and division were spun off by a private equity investor, and Multifonds became an independent entity once again. Throughout these transitions, maintained continuous employment, progressively advancing from Software Design Engineer to Associate Vice President to lead the Technical Support team across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Over the past eight years, managed Client Technical Support, driving application support, performance optimization, team leadership, and strategic client service improvements.
