Executive - Talent Acquisition
- High-volume recruiting / Walk- in interviews for over 300 candidates for selecting the right talent.
- Manage and organize candidate pools like Job fairs/campus recruitment and other events to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and worked to close more than 30 positions every month.
- Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a technical test, written test etc.
- Scheduling interviews by maintaining communication with panel members.
- Candidate joining documentation and coordination till on boarding.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the team.
- Handled job portals and browse social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills.
- Designed job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Suggested new and creative ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- A single point of contact to build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and job postings to appropriate job board, newspapers, colleges, and other platforms.
- Creating employee engagement activities.
- Working with the leadership team for effective implement of DE&I (diversity, equity & inclusion).
