• Spearheaded T-shirt and bag compliance initiatives to ensure delivery partners adhered to organizational standards.

Procurement Management

• Oversaw the procurement of delivery partner consumables valued at over ₹200 Cr annually, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Introduced a premium delivery bag that is waterproof, easy to clean, and 2x more durable than its predecessor, achieving this with only a 20% incremental cost.
• Designed and launched premium hard-shell bags, reducing costs by 67% while enhancing utility and durability.

Partner Bazaar

• Conceptualized and launched an in-app Partner Bazaar, providing delivery partners access to essential items within the platform.
• Scaled the offering to 20 SKUs, generating a monthly revenue of ₹4 Cr with a 20% net profit margin.

• Developed and executed strategies to efficiently manage Delhi NCR’s city Sales & Operations.
• Designed & executed the GoodPartner Model at the city level for the acquisition of Demand and Supply on the platform.
• Sourced and onboarded 15+ Partners across Delhi NCR for Demand & Supply Acquisition.
• Collaborated with Colleges, Institutes, Up-Skilling Centers, and NGOs to bring the Supply to the platform.
• Built an in-house city-level employer acquisition and Sales team.
• Experimented with monetization strategies and initiated selling the platform.
• Acted as a pivot point between customers and the product team, providing feedback for product development.

• Led the state supply of ~4000 delivery partners to function end-to-end – onboarding, supply performance metrics, and economics of the supply system.
• Responsible for timely order fulfillment with an average delivery time of 30 minutes for approximately 2L weekly orders.
• Created plans, processes, and led partner supply teams of 11 Fleet Coaches and 2 Lead Associates.
• Owned cost metrics on the delivery partner side by revamping rate cards to drive login growth during high-order growth events.
• Identified and scaled best practices and innovated/improved existing processes for NPS scoring and supply performance metrics.
• Developed initiatives and best practices to increase partner engagement and loyalty through R&R activities and on-ground support.
