• Conducting Supplier Risk Management and Mitigation Assessment for Risk Analysis

• Generation, Benchmarking for bringing cost competitiveness.

• Development of Engine Proprietary parts like, Pistons, Engine Valves, Valve Seats
• Managing Part Life cycle from Supplier Panel, RFQ Floating, Price Settlement, Development and Handing over to SCM
• Project Manager for Mahindra MOJO 300 vehicle
• Following APQP Process for Part Development
• Conducting Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) after development of Parts
• Managing Supply chain for continuous production with inventory levels within targets
• Executing VAVE Workshops for idea generation and working on this implementation for BOM cost reduction
