  • Maintaining UPS Systems (2X60 KVA,1X20 KVA), PAC unit, Ductable unit, and VRF Units
  • Maintain the Server room, UPS room, and Battery rooms' temperature at the specified level
  • Maintain and monitor all the Logbooks, Vendor PM Reports & Service Reports
  • Check the daily checklists, log notes, and sign the same
  • Maintaining the records of ordered, purchased, and used materials.
  • Monthly meetings held with the Landlord & business partners team and MOM were documented as per the standard format & track closures of points
  • Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance & annual shutdown maintenance for critical equipment was maintained, and the records were properly
  • Initiating process improvement & cost saving in technical and soft services
  • Tracking with the property team regarding EB, DG, AHU Operation & Maintenance activities
  • Conducting scheduled training and monthly meetings for M&E, BMS, HK & Security personnel
  • Ensure all relevant documents about the engineering operations of the facility are available for audit

  • Effective monitoring of all housekeeping /Technical/pantry/stationery consumables and ensuring reordering to avoid stockouts
