Provide strategic guidance to client leadership and HR on cross-border assignments, international transfers, and workforce mobility planning.
Advise on permanent establishment risk, payroll reporting obligations, and immigration-related tax implications.
Deliver entry and exit tax briefings for international assignees and senior executives.
2. Technical & Compliance Oversight
Oversee preparation and review of expatriate income tax returns, hypothetical tax calculations, and global compensation reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations and global tax treaties (DTAA), while managing equalization and hypothetical tax policies.
Lead technical reviews on split residency, tie-breaker rules, and foreign tax credit claims.
Conduct tax impact assessments for changing legislation (e.g., BEPS, OECD guidelines, social security agreements).
3. Leadership & People Development
Manage and mentor a team of tax managers, assistant managers, and consultants, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.

4. Client Relationship Management
