• Job Responsibilities:-
• Responded to maintenance requests to repair equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinated installation of systems, machinery, and components.
• Developed and coordinated effective predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance approaches.
• Breakdown Maintenance:
• Attending breakdown problems of all the m/c's in shifts, doing their breakdown analysis through Why-Why Sheets & then acting on the root cause to prevent there repeated occurrences
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Planning & Carrying out the Preventive Activities of more than 100 m/c's as per schedule to increase MTBF
• Predictive Maintenance:
• Planning & Carrying out Predictive Activities (CBM & TBM) to improve the life & re-store the original condition of the machine.
• Spare Parts Management:
• Planning & Controlling of Spare parts to avoid surprises at the time of breakdown to reduce MTTR
• Documentation related to ISO, PM, CBM, TBM activities
• Tracking of Spare parts inventory, history details through SAP system.
• Frequently diagnosed mechanical problems and determined how to correct issues.
• Completed root cause analysis through why-why, logged faults, and prepared system reports.
