• Presenting monthly reports on overall funding done and chargeback cases raised during the month to the senior management.

• Processing customer's EMI payments on due dates through cash, cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS in Project Sundaram.
• Communicating company policies, procedures to customer and helping them to resolve their queries.
• Responsible for maintaining correct cash and franking balance at the end of the day.
• Issuing TDS refunds to eligible parties according to regulations.
• Processing cheque returns in the system upon receiving from the banks.
• Presenting Monthly cash in-out reports to the management.
• Responsible for carrying out branch audit without negative observations.
• Handling sales and distribution of fleet card product to the eligible customers.

• Preparing daily Food and Beverage cost report in SAP system.

• Handling buffet costing of all restaurants to derive buffet cost on weekly intervals.

• Coordinating with sales team for verifying actual revenue generated from corporate event.

• Procuring online Liquor licenses for a corporate event.

• Preparation of tax reports for GST filing.
