This study focuses on developing and validating a new Reverse Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the simultaneous estimation of Dolutegravir and Rilpivirine in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The method aims to provide accurate, precise, and reproducible results for routine quality control. Key parameters like linearity, precision, accuracy, specificity, and robustness were assessed as per ICH guidelines. The developed method successfully separates both drugs with good resolution and short retention times. This approach enhances the efficiency of analytical procedures in the pharmaceutical industry.
