I have held, enjoyed and developed myself as various leadership positions as Country Manager ,Global Manager and Supply Chain Manager. I believe and aspire to continuously practice a well-developed Leadership style that fosters and retains highly motivated agile teams who drives and develops the business with open minds and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • At H&M, my decade has been a like a start-up journey in a global organization
  • I joined H&M India as Product Manager for Apparels to establish multi capable Supplier Based to cater to fashion needs at competitive prices
  • As the region grew year on year, I developed myself into a Supply Chain Manager where my role pivoted to Collaborate with Global stakeholders to define India as a strategic sourcing destination
