  • The main motive of the project was to reduce the attrition at a high traffic zones & Sourcing riders from rural areas to the the city & provide them accommodation, Bikes, Food and job opportunity as a delivery executive, It was an experimental fleet of 50 Riders to also reduce the CPO On Zone level

COMMANDO AND FAASOS PROJECT

  • The project was based on serving a separate fleet size of less then 100, It was assigned to in order to build a rapport with the fleet and keep it under control, The motive was to maintain a separate fleet reducing the damage and food spillage issues with a minimal CPD, The main reasons behind the project was to implement a new payout module for a fleet of delivery executives across Tier 3 zones to maintain and ensure there is more supply, This helped in stabilizing and to have a grip upon login trend
