• Revenue growth: In a span of 24 months have delivered a 3X growth in revenues , by adding markets in 9 major cities fro 4 earlier and building a strong team around it.
• Category creation: Added new product verticals to increase the productivity of the sales team , and activated a new category : The OBGYN network.
• Navigene is well placed today , to grow exponentially with a strong team , dynamic product categories and markets identified firmly.

Pixel diagnostics has the biggest Radiology Chain in the city of Ahmedabad , offering MRI, CT Scan , X Ray , Sonography and even General pathology under their sister concern Airmed pathlabs.

• Growth Trajectory :Traveled the journey from 2 centres to 9 centres in a span of 18 months.
• Importance of Technological Platforms including Machine learning. Exposure to the operational challenges , the technology enhancements, capturing key performing indicators across all functions and at all levels.
• Sales innovation : Interms of pitching , engaging and monitoring performance has led to 2X growth in distribution and topline for the business chain.

Started our own chain of pediatrics ( OPD) with a group of ex colleagues from the corporate days. Eventually pivoted to offering Management and Marketing services to Doctors running their own clinics & hospitals across specialites beyond pediatrics aswell..

My first attempt on being a first generation entrepreneur , came with some innovative ideas which were build to products , and delivered successfully into the markets concerned , eventually shutting down , however leaving unique experiences as the ideas itself.

About Hijackk : Country's First and only double decker moving bus restaurant in the country. My first venture.

Went into the Limca Book of Records , and stated as one of the most unique ideas in the country then. Year 2010-11.

Building the product from scratch , executing the logistics , and gathering a team of people with specialized skill sets was the most enthralling experience.

• 2012 was a little ahead of its time for the idea. Seven different ways to store memories to be gifted to the child when he or she is 14 was the core essence.
• Developing a superior web and mobile app platform, leading to 25000+ users with uploads was one of the highlights leading to some angel investments , TIE awards and mentions in news articles.
• Inability then to raise further funds , led to its discontinuation , leaving a lots of learning and exposure in the D2C tech space then.

My early foundation years , started with working with some amazing companies which were build through a strong history , pedigree and wanting to grow aggressively. These characteristics got inbuilt in my ecosystem which has eventually lead to tremendous successes in the healthcare domain to say the least.
