● O365 Administration: Administer Office 365, including Exchange Online and Teams. Configure and manage user accounts, mailboxes
● PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for Bulk operations, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
● User Support: Provide 3rd-tier support for Exchange and Office 365 issues. Troubleshoot email flow problems, mailbox permissions, and connectivity issues

● OneDrive troubleshooting - shared file access, recover deleted files, sync issue.
