• Lead a team of 10 QA engineers in delivering high-quality releases within fast-paced Agile environments.
• Collaborate with clients through daily cadence calls to align on project priorities, progress, and issue resolution.
• Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Develop and Review comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases to validate mobile and web application functionality, usability, and performance.
• Execute functional and regression tests for every release; identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Azure.
• Ensure product quality by proactively analyzing applications to detect issues early and verifying bug fixes through thorough retesting.
• Worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Capital Market domain, providing domain knowledge support for test case design, requirement analysis, and defect triage
• Collaborate with developers to enhance product quality and efficiency; contribute to improving internal QA processes and standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
