- Joined as an IT Officer, responsible for managing various applications and providing technical banking support to end-users across the organization.
- From September 2013 to May 2019, worked in the reputed Treasury Division and SWIFT Centre, handling the bank's foreign exchange (FOREX) operations in a techno-functional role.
- Played a pivotal role in migration activities and the successful implementation of the bank's Treasury application (Intellect Treasury Management Systems) in 2016, gaining comprehensive experience in the complete life cycle of Treasury operations.
- Served as the Chief Manager of the Retail Assets Processing Centre for the Kozhikode circle for a span of one year.
- Currently leading the Treasury-IT team, successfully completing a critical migration activity - the integration of all Treasury applications with the bank's Core Banking solution (Finacle Treasury) for seamless operations.
- Assisted various investigation agencies by extracting and providing the bank's reconciliation data during the high-profile fraud cases.
- Recipient of cash incentives from the bank on two occasions: in 2012 for achieving maximum NEFT/RTGS transaction volumes, and in 2013 for early implementation of the Express Cheque Clearance System.
- Played an instrumental role in the amalgamation process by heading the Treasury's IT team, facilitating the successful migration of the erstwhile United Bank of India and Oriental Bank of Commerce Treasury books to PNB in record time.
