• Previously having worked as branch manager of large branches and Credit In-charge as well as Forex Incharge of Ludhiana main branch, Clock Tower Ludhiana where catered to overall forex operations as well as catered to all the proposal processing and sanctioning related to both SME and retail sector including all type of Cash Credits, Term Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, Educational Loans and Home Loans etc
• Handled everything right from start of a loan request to right till carrying out pre and post sanction inspections, disbursement and follow up afterwards
• Looking after NPA recovery system of the bank and trying to take these to the bare minimum levels fully justifying the position of Credit Incharge of exceptionally large branch like Model Town Branch

• Worked in Foreign Exchange Branch of the Bank at Miller Ganj Ludhiana
• Catering to all the Opertaional aspects related to trade finance functions of the bank including Exports,Imports ,Letter of credit Opening (UCP-600) as well as managing the payments of resultant drawings, drafting as well as approval of Swift Messages
• Meeting with existing as well as potential customers of the bank, making them aware of the latest products offered by the bank and enquiring about their satisfaction levels.

Forex Operations:-Gone Through Exclusive training in Forex operations called (multi-phase training in forex –Mpfx)(at Iob) specially given to persons having special aptitude for Forex business and got selected for such high level training through a highly stiff test conducted within the bank

• Responsible for all work relating to foreign exchange department in AD branch consisting of handling Import/Export bills both on collection basis and N/D/P basis,opening and handling Documentary credit and LG, SWIFT messages handling NRI business etc
• Total exposure in trade credit is around 10 months that too in Mumbai with a branch having huge chunk of advances in total business mix
