  • End-to-end development of both PMSM and IM EDU for multiple projects has been completed. (Kanger EV, Tiago EV, Punch EV, Curvv EV, Harrier EV): 2 projects WIP.
  • Implemented process improvements from the LLB learned from previous projects to decrease the PPM and IPTV factors of EDU, leading to the successful launch of the project.
  • Continuous monitoring of the field and in-house complaints to reduce the TAT time.
  • Worked on the localization of the EV single-stage reducer, stator-rotor assembly, and PCBA assembly to meet the lower cost target.
  • Coordinated the establishment of a greenfield GB assembly line, along with two suppliers: the Stator and Rotor assembly line, and the EDU assembly line.
  • Identification and recommendation of a recommended supplier based on the RFQ and SOR received from the Engineering team.
  • Shortlisting suppliers by conducting TRSO with CFT, and nominating suppliers in the sourcing council based on technical and manufacturing capability.
  • Engaged with the Engineering and Vehicle Validation team during the vehicle validation phase to deliver the project on time.
  • Supporting the CFT team to close the RFI, DVP, QF, and TRSO.
  • Reviewing the supplier assembly line during the planning phase by using tools like PFD, line layout, PFMEA, tooling, child part incoming plan and facility, and packaging.
  • Monitoring tier 2 supplier development status, such as tooling, assembly line readiness, validation, PFMEA study, gauging readiness, and packaging.
  • Monitoring 8D and quality issues for previous projects, and incorporating the same during the new product development in terms of LLB.
  • Monitoring part development status through the APQP format.
  • Responsible for the IR/MR report, conducting the PPAP at the supplier, or obtaining PSW sign-off.
  • Experience in building a field assistance team for newly onboarded suppliers, and releasing the serviceability part list, as well as the process for releasing parts in the field.
  • Worked with suppliers from different countries.
  • Closely monitoring vehicle validation status and part validations.
  • Closely working with the supplier on SOP product quality issues and capacity enhancement by conducting monthly audits.
