Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing and facilitating program level events including planning, synchronizing, reviews and retrospectives
• Communicated to management of the scrum team’s dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams and to release train leadership
• Ensured the progress of the Program Delivery is transparent including RISK & impediments across Program
• Hosted many collaborative sessions among scrum teams to ensure that Digital Lending understands the integration features to be developed and ensure that PIL is consuming the right API and External accounts are added properly to send funds

• Managed Burn down for tracking estimated and actual sizing against velocity to ensure strategic efforts meet committed target release dates
• Used JIRA & confluence for implementing the agile project tasks
• WIP Limits - Supported team in enforcing work in progress limits to ensure focus is maintained on priority efforts
• Created and regularly monitored key scrum metrics (Sprint burn down charts, velocity, defects, through Agile tools like JIRA & confluence to meet project goals
• Use key metric (Burn down charts, CFD) to track and monitor the status of committed work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed the Automation Test Scripts in Selenium Web Driver using Java based on the design pattern Page Object Model for reusability
• Maintaining and evaluating project metrics that provide insight Into QA effectiveness and efficiency
• Utilized test driven development to create test cases via Junit
• Developed and executed automated test scripts using UFT for Functional, Integration and Regression Testing
• Hands on Designing Functional Test Plan and Data Management Test plan
• Hands on performing different kind of testing like Smoke, Regression, Functional, Integration and Acceptance tests
• Responsible for creating Traceability Matrix to ensure the test case coverage for all requirements
• Involved in Bug reporting, defect tracking and re-testing using Application Lifecycle Management tool
