It was a great opportunity to learn about all tasks for revenue cycle management, like patient appointment, patient eligibility, demographic entry, charge posting, claims submission, authorization, level 2 rejection and denial management, corrected claims, and ERA and EOB posting. I also handled patient statements and managed patients' calls regarding statements and accepting payments over the call, as well as communication improvements.
