• Own the Strategy, Roadmap and Design of Castlight’s Analytics & Reporting platform, which serves as the foundational platform for reporting and tooling organization wide
• Led key strategic initiatives- a) Data as a Service, b) Analytics Launchboard and c) Component based Reporting which played a key role in establishing Castlight as leader in Healthcare Navigation
• Responsible for providing reliable Data, Actionable Engagement and Value based insights to 250+ customers, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies

Receivable Analytics - Analytics Platform

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success team to identify and deliver new product solutions
• Owned the Product Roadmap and executed the OKRs for Receivable Analytics
• Launched Analytics 3.0 with focus on mobile compatibility, improved UX and out of the box standard dashboards
• Added 40 new logos (~30% YOY growth) to Analytics platform leading to ~45% increase in product usage
• Contributed to the net ARR for Receivable Analytics with ~85% Net Promoter Score
• Evangelize product vision to key stakeholders using customer research, data analysis, performance metrics and use cases to build consensus
• Responsible for Feature prioritization, Backlog refinement, writing User Stories and Prototyping.

Infosys Transaction Reconciliation System (ITRS)- Reconciliation platform

• Developed product features and user-stories, managed product development leading to additional $300k in ARR
• Led the product to grow the clientele by 45% in 3 years
• Executed the product initiatives aligned with the product vision and goals
• Executed iterative development which reacted quickly to evolving market needs by improving the shipping cadence
• Worked closely with sales team on product demonstrations and ensured smooth transition post purchase

• Built a single source platform with features-Profile page, Blogs, Wiki’s, Polls, Contests , Discussion and role based access
