• Hit the ground running building a Product Roadmap for a new module for monitoring Emissions and Compliance requirements for O&G plants within 2 months.
• Successfully delivered critical functionalities incrementally to the software.This was done by working with Software and hardware teams following the SCRUM framework continuously for 2 quarters.

Key Features :Users can record & manage the chemical Inventory tracking and management through the mobile application workflows. Ability to capture images , Geolocation ,record data as part of user interactive workflows. Enables reporting of key Usage metrics and aids with chemical usage billing to customers. Increased user adoption from 15% to 65% within period of 6 months.
• Production Link: Key Features Implemented: Digital Twin models, Single Asset, Multi Asset Optimization (Cluster/Field), Remaining Useful Life Prognostics for asset, Virtual Flow metering, Auto-Calibration of well models, Surface Network modelling and various Artificial lift controller support in application.

• Successfully supervised and led L1 & L2 Technical Support team for O&G Production optimization software suite.
• Led L1 team in handling additional 30% cases within 6 months by building strong matrix for L1 support activities and knowledge base.

• Conducted client centric trainings and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders on Weatherford Artificial Lift and Surface Optimization analysis and modelling software’s to enhance Production Optimization software sales.
• Liaised efficiently with software development to scope out and generate functional requirements in line with customer needs using Agile SCRUM process framework.
• Collaborated with QA teams to identify issues and bugs on functional side of software.

• Delivered technical support, Consultant work & training to Petroleum Engineers and Field Engineers for OXY (Oman), CHEVRON (Indonesia), APACHE (Australia), PDO (Oman), JO (Kuwait) on ESP Design, Failure Analysis and Optimization for Smart fields.
