I have joined Adani Capital on 1st March 2022. Here I am handling the products HL,LAP,MSME,CV,tractor. I have portfolios of Kolapur, Sangli, Satara, Solapur district. I have a portfolio of close to 11cr, I have 13 executives reporting to me, I meet the target given by my company every month.

• Trained and mentored new employees on collection methods, documentation requirements and performance strategies.
• Supervised staff of collectors, monitoring phone calls and letters.
• Documented interactions in computer database and updated information.
• Contacted customers to discuss late payments and options for remitting amounts due.
• Generated and distributed current statements to customers.

. Here I am handling personal loan, MSME, group loan products. I have Sangli district portfolio. It has a portfolio of nearly 2cr. I complete the target given by my company every month..
