CLIENT 1: General Electrical

• This project is from stream turbine domain and created application in a monolithic 3 tier architecture
• This entire application is hosted on the aws environment and I have included services like EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, ELB, ASG, CF, and R53
• Automated the pipeline using various DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus Repository, Prometheus and Grafana
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve existing processes, promoting continuous improvement initiatives
• Conducted troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
• Used cloud watch to monitor the resources and logs

CLIENT 2: GoConqr

• This project is from the education domain and it is micro services architecture
• Played a key role in managing and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases
• Involved in build and maintain Highly Available secure multi-zone AWS cloud infrastructure with AWS Code Deploy
• Implemented and maintained CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, facilitating automated testing, and deployment processes
• Responsible for taking the source code and compiling using Maven and package it in its distributable format, such as a JAR/WAR file
• Utilized Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure as code (IAC), ensuring scalability and reliability
• A Docker file was created, used to build a Docker image, which was then pushed to an ECR private repository, and subsequently orchestrated utilizing a Kubernetes architecture
• The containerized applications has been deployed on the AWS EKS stack and seamlessly integrated with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Used Sonarqube to scan the code for bugs, code smells and vulnerabilities
• Enable auto scaling along with load balancer for deployment server and also create notification using SNS service in case of failure
• Alert Manager has been seamlessly integrated to enable real-time notifications

• Provided comprehensive hardware and software support for PCs and laptops, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Executed troubleshooting procedures for hardware malfunctions and software issues
• Managed Windows upgrades and patch updates using WDS and SCCM, as well as manual updates
• Conducted IP configuration assignments and performed LAN port crimping, ensuring effective basic network configurations
• Basic network setup and troubleshooting
• Daily tracking and reporting of hardware/software inventory using ManageEngine Endpoint Central
• Handled support tickets within defined TAT
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of AD and DNS for user account management and network configuration
