• Handling escalated cases from Tier - 1 and ensure proper resolution.
• Communicating the updates to the respective Communication Providers.
• Calling the field engineering team in the UK and expedite the issues for faster resolution.
• Update all the internal tools with proper information & notes.

• Developing and implementing a strategic business plan
• Hiring, training, and managing medical and administrative staff
• Executing marketing strategies ot attract new patients
• Building relationships with referring physicians and healthcare professionals
• Managing clinic facilities, equipment, and maintenance
• Engaging ni community outreach programs ot promote the clinic
• Staying current with medical advancements and industry trends
• Fostering a patient-centric culture and addressing patient concerns
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and specialists.
