  • Converted sales-qualified leads into applications, confirmations, and enrolments across numerous platforms
  • Assist the conversion team by speaking with students directly (for India and South Asia regions) about pending papers, accepting offers and making payments/deposits, requesting E-Coe from universities, and checking with students about visa file submission and outcomes
  • Pre-arrival and other information are shared with the student once the visa is approved
  • Collect arrival information (flight tickets) from students and notify the institution
