· Manage a variety of cases related to inbounding, invoice discrepancies, and transitioning invoices from 'ON HOLD' to the payment processing stage.

· Collaborate with vendors to gather product related data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure product information is accurate and in line with company standards.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the accuracy and completeness of vendor catalog data, resolve invoice discrepancies, and transition 'ON HOLD' invoices to payment processing.

· Collect and update vendor catalog attributes (e.g., Barcodes/SKUs) in the Amazon catalog to ensure alignment and accuracy across both platforms.

· Guide vendors on invoicing processes using standardized catalog attributes to ensure consistency and accuracy in billing.

· Update case pack catalog attributes and ensure procurement is aligned with the correct values as per the vendor catalog.

· Interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues, driving business continuity.

· Prepare and manage daily, weekly (WBR), and monthly business (MBR) reports, providing insights into performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement while keeping stakeholders informed on key trends.

· Conduct regular audits of catalog data to identify and correct inconsistencies in product details.

· Review and recommend necessary SOP changes based on stakeholder input to ensure alignment with current business needs and goals.

· Proficient in using catalog-related tools such as Selection Central, Vendor Info Portal, CSI Portal, Procurement Portal, FinOp Central, and Darwin Tool.
