  • Responsible for SRM University's degree programs, including revenue generation, target completion, admissions management, and program management.
  • Admissions Drive towards both undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs (UG-Online Mode, BBA, BCA,MBA,MCA) and (PG-M.Tech offline Mode, DSAI, AI, Cybersecurity, Computer Science).
  • I served in two critical roles at the same time: first, as the university's senior business development manager, and second, as the single point of contact between the university and Great Learning.
  • Only I will be stationed at the university and will be in charge of a few metrics and conversions, such as fresh walk-ins, scheduled visits, post-enrollment visits, and escalation visits.
  • I am playing a multi-tasking role here, one as an individual as SPOC and the other as a University business development manager, in charge of four BDMs and one program manager, with a total team count of 45.
  • Individually, my responsibilities will be as follows: because this is a working professional industrial basis degree program, 95% of the seats have been filled by professional candidates with more than 20 years of experience with the following (PDE, Interview, Offer letter, and on-the-spot payment closure)
  • As the team handling of 45 (4 BDM+1 Program Manager) begins at 10.00–7.00, the following roasters will attend a team meeting with BDM to discuss the previous day's reports, including revenues and productivity index, and will connect three times a week with all TLs and once a week with all Lc's or BDA.Other than every day, we will have discussions and meet with the program manager to get the most recent updates on programs and reroute them to train the team with updated program knowledge every day.
  • Generating new revenue and stopping the loss of old revenue, as well as maintaining a smooth relationship between the university and Great Learning, is my primary responsibility.
  • As an individual, my monthly revenue is 4.5 crores with 200 admissions per month, and as a team, we earn around 11.5-12 crores with 350-400 admissions per month.
  • On a daily basis, quick catch will be handled with the founder and associate directors to discuss the reports and new implementations.
