I bring strong command over legal recovery strategy, vendor governance, incentive frameworks, MIS & analytics, credit behavior monitoring, and process standardization. • Appointed as Collection Officer-PL+ for DPD- 0 to 30, 31 to 60 and 61 to 90 all Delhi & N.C.R.
• Now I am looking overall three Bkt.s.
• And Due Charges on all product for Delhi & N.C.R.
• I am handling in-house team as Collection Officer + 15 exe. On allover work.

• Appointed as Sr. Sales Officer-Business Loan & Personal Loan; currently handling 7 DSA's (sales Channel Partners) for business development.
• Managing DSA for Personal/ Business Loans for Delhi & NCR.
• Taking care of daily logins, approvals & disbursals.
• Coordinating with credit on daily basis for approval of files.
• Motivating DSA towards work and achieving pre set targets month on month.

• I joined Citifinancial India at Mayur Vihar-II as Sales and Customer Care Officer was handling the complete collections process-Agency coordination, Customer interaction etc.
• Co-ordination various Collection & Sales Channel Partners to drive the collection & Sales for the banking sector.
• Projecting the overall bucket resolution to control the delinquency and deciding on behalf of the bank management the amount of volume to be generated through allocation.
• Resolving the NON-STARTER, SKIP tracing, Service issue; Responsible for the customer service of the bank and resolving customer issues.

• I joined the company in sep-1997 as a field executive for Citibank credit cards collection.
• Over 6 years of work experience in Citi Collection pvt ltd for CITI FINANCIAL CONSUMER FINANCE INDIA LTD as a supervisor handling Soft Bucket Collections.
