Responsible for all the HRBP activities of the complete region which comprises of Haryana / HP / J&K / Punjab.
Build people as a competitive advantage
Manpower planning for the region by partnering with Business Heads for driving talent strategy across the various business verticals.
Manage the complete talent acquisition life cycle as per strategic business plan for lateral / fresh hiring / Bulk hiring through various talent sourcing tools such as Internal Job Posting (IJP), Employee referral programs, through recruitment vendors, Campus Hiring and online portals like Shine, Naukri, Monster, Linked in.
Responsible for all Senior Manager and above hiring in within the stipulated turnaround time.
Driving the annual manpower plans and implementing the same based on the projected manpower requirements for organization in line with the business and growth plans.
Talent Management through assessment, evaluation and implementation of proper development plan. Identifying second line of managers for critical positions and support line in grooming & preparing them for future roles.
Implementation of smooth & seamless HR operations deliverance
To ensure smooth & uniform delivery of HR Operations issues pertaining to joining & onboarding, compensation, transfers, promotions, exits etc.
As part of the PMS team responsible for planning and executing the Performance Management System.
Employee capability building Initiative & Employee Connect
Managing the performance through performance acceleration plan (PAP) for the entire sales force.
Employee connect through focus on touch points like On-Boarding (INCUBATION), Buddy Programme, Open House sessions / Employee Round Tables, regular branch visits etc.
Partner with verticals and all stakeholders to manage team performance and drive engagement activities.
Conceptualize various employee engagement initiatives and drive them across the region.
Managing various employee communication initiatives for proper integration with business objectives.
Handle employee grievances / escalations and provide appropriate resolution to employees within TAT.
HR Analytics – MIS & Dashboards
Responsible for publishing various MIS / Dashboards – Manning / Attrition / Productivity.
Attrition analysis and feedback sharing with business managers for action planning to manage attrition levels and increase engagement.
Driving various employee productivity / HR Cost metrics.
