  • 7. In Samsung , bagged many prestigeous VRF orders in East E.g Calcutta Club , Somani Hotel in Siliguri , Eastin Resport at Kurseong , Ramada Hotel at Darjeeling , Max Malls at Bhubaneswar & Guwahati , Simoco Corporate Office at Salt Lake , Kolkata , Sree Cement Office at Kolkata and amny more.
  • 1. To establish Hitachi as second highest selling VRF brand in East after Daikin with almost 200% biz growth.
  • 2. To establish Hitachi as No. 1 brand in ductable sales in East in terms of sales.
  • 3. To make East as No. 2 region all India among all regions as per the sales performance.

  • D. To drive the work force including sales & post-sales as true business leader.
  • E. To achive the booking & billing targets of big projects with the help of area sales managers.
  • F. Regular monitoring of major influencer's call cycle.
  • G. Dealer / Channel partner development & regular mapping of dealer activities & provide them all kinds of supports.
  • H. Man power management and increase the efficieny level of direct reportees.
