ESG Digitalization Project: Project manager

• Led ESG digitalization project in JK Cement, integration of SAP with third party platform. Collaborated cross-functionally with IT, corporate team and Plant Units, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Developed and implemented digital strategies to streamline ESG reporting and monitoring processes, enhancing transparency and compliance and, eventually reducing manual effort and improved accuracy.

Annual Integrated & BRSR Report along with Readiness Audit Preparation and Assurance

• Conducted virtual and physical capacity-building workshops for stakeholders to enhance comprehension of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data templates.
• Collected data for the preparation of Integrated Report (IR) & Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), addressed concerns associated with ESG data, reviewed the reports, and shared insights with consultants for finalization.
• Facilitated the audit preparation and assurance process in collaboration with consultants and assurance partners across all units in India.

BRSR core Framework and Disclosures DJSI, CDP:

• Preparation and review of Annual CDP, DJSI and BRSR disclosure.
• Conduction of gap assessment of responses and devising and implementing sustainable development strategies to enhance the ESG scores for units across India.

Internal Stakeholder Engagement

• Processed and analyzed data from various units to present quarterly sustainability KPIs performance during board meetings.
• Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to advocate for sustainable practices. Collaborating with various departments to establish partnerships.
• Identify Industry Specific Benchmarks in Sustainability practices. Assist in setting targets for Business Divisions.

External Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engaged with industry bodies such as CMA, GCCA, UN Energy Compact, and SBTi, consistently providing necessary data to meet their requirements.
• Actively participated in meetings to contribute inputs towards the development of strategic roadmaps.

• Managed all aspects of obtaining Environment Clearance, from preliminary site visit to ToR Application and EIA preparation, as well as attending Public Hearing.
• Prepared PowerPoint presentations and provided assistance during EAC meetings.
• Coordinated with multiple reputable companies to obtain and certify EC Compliance Reports for their designated projects.
• Experienced in Opencast and Underground Mining Projects.
• Contributed analytical insight and guidance to Company throughout the Mining Plan preparation process.
