  • Business Expansion: -Achieved best performing metrics in pan India level & customer experience. Delivery – 97%, CSAT – 95%, NPS -90%, FC+LM CPS – Rs. 160. Max scale achieved 6000 orders per day.
  • Cost Optimization: -Last Mile cost reduced from Rs.100 to Rs. 50 with EV 2shift adoption, increment of productivity from 24 to 30 & better planning.
  • Above 90% conversion on payment clearance for PAN INDIA Grocery department during BBD’23 Sale Period.
