• Supported DBS – Tech team in Hiring Process of Apprenticeship by Scheduling the Interviews, Initiating Documents and Offer Drafting.

• Utilizing various sourcing methods, including on Naukri, Hirist, & Professional networks like LinkedIn to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience with the organization.
• Evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant technologies, systems, and infrastructure concepts.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.

• Sourcing Profiles for the given requirements on daily basis from various portals like Naukri, Monster.
• Analyzing the given Job Description of requirement to find the potential candidates suitable for the role.
• Initial screening of candidates over the call by making them walk through their experience and projects what they have done.
• Sharing the sourced profiles to our team leads and wait for the feedback from Client.
• Scheduling the Interview discussion for the Shortlisted Candidates as per the given slot.
• Follow-Up with the Candidates before and after the Interview to give input and feedback from client.
• Maintain strong relationship with the candidates till them onboard with the client.
• Acted as SPOC with two Level – 5 Companies in the absence of our Team Lead to gather requirements and follow up for Interview Schedules
