Manage property operations on a daily basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employee professionalism and performance, sales and marketing, property appearance, and profit. Direct and coordinate with interstakeholders. As a manager, I am responsible for managing the reservations process and operation at the property by mentoring and leading the team to deliver a quality and error-free guest experience and, while doing so, meeting the financial targets for the unit. I also ensure that the reservations team adheres to policies and procedures implemented by the property while working with the team to promote internal sales and upselling of all facilities. I work closely with the Revenue Management team to implement the property's pricing strategy, manage day-to-day optimal room occupancy, ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity, and be responsible for best practice standards for optimal profitability and occupancy of the rooms.
