  • Sourced & hired engineers proficient in Clojure or Elixir which is a very small community within India. Hired some of the best open source contributors across languages like Ruby, Kotlin, Golang & Java
  • Ran high impact staffing initiatives like Recruitment Wiki, Talent Mapping & Engineering hiring standardization at Gojek
  • Special Project : Successfully led and closed an acquihire at Gojek which resulted in hiring 11 top notch engineers at one go
