Project - Electronic Batch Record ( EBR)

Responsibilities

• Working as Senior Analyst, QA from last 8+ years and leading QA tower for Oracle EBS and e-commerce (Order Management procedure),WMS ( Warehouse Management System )and Returns.
• Executed functional and integration testing of Oracle EBS Warehouse Management (WMS) processes, validating receiving, put-away, inventory transactions, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse fulfillment workflows.
• Performed end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing of Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) workflows, validating Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order creation, booking, shipping, invoicing, and fulfillment.
• Proficient in the software development life cycle, with extensive experience across all phases of software testing including requirement analysis, test planning, creation of test scenarios, functional test case composition, and defect management.
• Strong experience in testing the Service management tool – ServiceNow ITSM, and Snow Integration testing, SNOW dashboard, reports etc. Helps in problem solving and launching necessary corrective action.
• Experience in testing of Oracle ERP module like Manufacturing ( Batch Creation & execution, Inventory, WIP Operations ), Supply Chain Management – Fulfillment, Inventory & Planning) and Returns.
• Experience in driving the User Acceptance Test smoothly for multiple projects (offshore/on-site).

Project - Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Responsibilities

• Designed and maintained scalable Playwright automation frameworks using TypeScript, implementing Page Object Model (POM), reusable utilities, fixtures, and data-driven testing to improve maintainability and test execution efficiency.
• Automated end-to-end, regression, smoke, cross-browser (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit), and cross-platform test scenarios using Playwright, ensuring high test coverage and reliable software releases.
• Integrated Playwright test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions, enabling parallel execution, automated reporting, screenshots, videos, traces, and faster feedback during continuous delivery.
• Developed robust automation scripts utilizing Playwright features such as auto-waiting, network interception, API testing, authentication handling, file upload/download, and dynamic locator strategies to improve test stability

Responsibilities

• Order Integration Suite is OM Middleware which provides a secure, cost cost-efficient and rapidly deployable global end-to-end order integration solution for HP customers. An abstraction layer shielding order capture and internal applications from the complexity of HP order management systems, and vice versa.
• Developed, deployed, tested, and released automation solutions to production.
• Executed smoke, functional, integration, system, and regression test cases to validate software quality.

Responsibilities

Created global order capture web application enabling customers across countries to order products seamlessly.

Led project for global order capture to streamline ordering process.

• Scripted in VB and Python to convert written cases into automated scripts.
• Developed descriptive programming for data-driven framework, enhancing recording, checkpoints, recovery scenarios, and parameterization. Revived scripts with actions and functions.
• Defined key responsibilities to clarify project expectations.
